BEDER has been affiliated, since May 17, 2024, with the International Federation for European Law (FIDE), along with its sister associations from other EU Member States, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.
The national rapporteurs for BEDER at the next congress, Katowice 2025, are as follows:
- Topic 1 – Emergency Law – Merijn Chamon, Julian Clarenne, Paul Dermine, Mathieu Leloup and Sofia Van den Bossche
- Topic 2 – EU Digital Economy: general framework (DSA/DMA) – Alexandre de Streel, Michele Ledger and Florian Jacques
- Topic 3 – Energy solidarity and energy security – from green transition to the EU’s crisis management – Frederik Vandendriessche and Natan Vermeersch
