BEDER has been affiliated, since May 17, 2024, with the International Federation for European Law (FIDE), along with its sister associations from other EU Member States, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.

The next conference in Helsinki in 2027 will focus on three main themes:

Topic I – Financing the Priorities of the Union: Budget, Own Resources, Common Debt, Private Investing

Topic II – The Union’s External Borders and Fundamental Rights

Topic III – Strategic Autonomy? Legal Construction of European Industrial Policies
