The second BEDER session, dedicated to preliminary references to the Court of Justice of the European Union in practice, will be held online via Teams on 19 June 2026 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Mr Janek Nowak and Mr Nicolas Cariat, both lawyers at the Brussels Bar and holders of a PhD in EU law, will provide an up-to-date and practice-oriented overview of the latest developments concerning the preliminary reference procedure before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
