Starting in February, the 4th edition of the online seminar series “Controversies over Methods in EU Law” will take place, organised by Vincent Réveillère (Laboratoire de théorie du droit/CERIC).
The seminar series aims to provide a forum for methodological discussions in EU law. Scholars are invited to engage in a reflexive exercise, making explicit both the methods they employ and their position within the broader methodological debate.
