This seminar will explore the different interpretations of the groundbreaking ruling, featuring insights from Dr. Luke Dimitrios Spieker (Humboldt University) and Dr. Guillermo Íñiguez (Yale).

Prof. Jules Lepoutre (Université Côte d’Azur) will close the session with concluding remarks.
