
The latest issue of the European Law Review devotes its entire Analysis and Reflections Section to the Court of Justice of the European Union ruling in Commission v. Malta, also known as the Golden Passports case.
In his analysis of the ruling, BEDER member Merijn Chamon argues that the Court’s judgment addressed a Trilemma in EU Citizenship Law and that the outcome was not only foreseeable but that the Court’s reasoning is also convincing, resulting in a robust decision. The article can be accessed here.
