De YoungBeder doctoral workshop “A European Union of Values: Quo Vadis?” was een groot succes! Naast de interessante speeches van Prof. Dr. Geert de Baere en Prof. Dr. Paul Nihoul, presenteerden verschillende doctoraatsstudenten hun paper, wat telkens leidde tot boeiende discussies. De YoungBeder-prijs voor de beste bijdrage ging uiteindelijk naar Emilia Sandri voor haar paper “Rule of Law Capta Ferum Victorem Cepit: Opportunities for Judicial Cooperation to Safeguard the Rule of Law in the AFSJ”.
